Welcome to Pete’s Mobile Detailing. By booking a service or using our website (https://petesmobiledetail.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Pete’s Mobile Detailing offers mobile car detailing services including interior and exterior cleaning. Services are performed at the customer’s location as scheduled and confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle’s condition poses safety issues or if the environment is not suitable for detailing (for example, insufficient space or extreme weather). The customer must provide a safe, accessible work area, a working water hose, and a standard electrical outlet.

2. Booking and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept Zelle, cash, or check. Published prices are ranges. The final price is determined and agreed upon in person before work begins based on the vehicle’s actual size and condition, including heavy dirt, stains, odors, pet hair, or other conditions requiring additional work.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue. No refunds will be issued after this period.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and all personal belongings are removed before the appointment. Pete’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.

6. Liability

While we take great care in our work, Pete’s Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the vehicle
  • Damage caused by poor clear coat condition, paint failure, or prior repairs
  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or uncontrollable events

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website means you accept any changes.
